My name is Edgar, I'm born and raised from SW Portland. In summer of 2012 I saw this Oregon with the green heart on every car. I had my pending sticker idea to Represent Portland for a while and didn't do anything. I wanted to be Portland with the Area Code of 503. So to be different, I Created Five O Tree. I decided to sketch it out and kept it simple. Got the drawing digitized and ran with it. Got stickers at first, then 2 weeks later right away people and friends wanted a tee or hoodie. I outsourced the printing for a year and after some delays in production. I decided to find out and learn to print. One day my friends ran into a silkscreen/designer and got him my Five O Tree file. Then the constant learning of printing began. Eventually I had enough inventory to sell at the Saturday Market in Downtown Portland and kept coming back every weekend! Since July of 2014 I've been a permanent vendor every weekend. Rain or shine. Just no High winds or Tornadoes! This new season of 2025.
